Welcome to Bright Code X Digital. We develop mobile applications with a "privacy-by-design" approach. This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by us and explains our strict practices regarding user data.
1. Ultimate Privacy: Complete Local Storage
Our core philosophy is that your data belongs to you.
- No External Servers: None of our applications utilize external cloud servers or backend databases to store, collect, or monitor your personal data, logs, inputs, or usage history.
- On-Device Security: All data, configurations, and information you input into any of our apps remain stored strictly, exclusively, and locally on your own mobile device. We have zero access to your data.
2. Data Retention and Deletion (How Your Data is Handled)
Since we do not have access to or store your data on any external infrastructure, the retention and deletion of your data are entirely under your control:
- Data Retention Period: Your data is retained on your mobile device for as long as the application remains installed on your device, allowing you to seamlessly use the app's features.
- How to Delete Data: You have the absolute right to wipe your data at any moment. You can achieve this by:
- Clearing the specific app's cache or data through your device’s system settings.
- Uninstalling (deleting) the application from your device. Once uninstalled, the operating system immediately and permanently erases all associated local data. This action is irreversible, and your data cannot be recovered by us.
3. Third-Party Services & Monetization
To keep our applications free or support development, we may integrate trusted third-party SDKs for advertising and basic, non-identifiable analytics. These services may process minimal technical identifiers:
- Google AdSense / AdMob: Used to display advertisements. They may use device advertising identifiers or cookies to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of this via your device's privacy settings.
- Google Analytics for Firebase: Used to monitor app stability, crashes, and basic feature usage. It collects strictly non-personal technical data (e.g., device model, OS version).
- Affiliate Links (e.g., Merch by Amazon): Some apps may contain links to our merchandise or external platforms. Clicking these links subjects you to the third party's own privacy policy.
4. Children’s Privacy
Since our applications do not collect or transmit any data to external servers, we do not knowingly or unknowingly collect any personal information from children. Our apps are safe and compliant with global privacy laws.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You hold full control. You can restrict personalized tracking at any time by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android settings.
